ReplyDeleteFoter.com allows you to search, manage and add free stock photos to blogs, forums, websites and other online media. That said, you can, once you perform a search, or select a category, select "Commercial" as a license type, and find images that are allowable in print. Individual images include license information, which uses the Creative Commons codes. There are also links to the creator, so in a pinch, you could negotiate your own use rights directly.
